1 · Who we are

BNSWFAITH AUTO TRADING CORP. (trading as "BNSWFAITH AUTO TRADING", "we", "us") is a used-car buy / sell / trade business operating at KM8 Parenas Compound, Diversion Road, Barangay Cabantian, Buhangin, Davao City, Philippines. By using this website you agree to these terms.

2 · Listings are information, not offers

Vehicle photos, availability badges, and asking prices on this site are provided in good faith and updated from our live records, but they are not a binding offer. Every unit is sold on a first-come basis: prices and availability can change without notice, and a unit may be sold or reserved before the page reflects it. Call us to confirm before traveling.

3 · Sales are completed in person

We do not sell vehicles through this website. Inspections, test drives, pricing, and payment all happen at the lot, and every sale is documented with written sale papers (deed of sale and related documents). Nothing on this site replaces those documents. They alone state the final price and the condition of the unit sold.

4 · Payments

We accept cash, bank transfer, GCash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), bank financing, and manager’s cheque. Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) is accepted with the peso amount fixed at the exchange rate agreed at the time of sale. Financing approval is subject to the financing bank’s own terms.

5 · Trade-ins

Trade-in values are set by in-person appraisal of your unit and are valid only at the time they are given. Online estimates, where offered, are indicative only.

6 · This website

Site content (photos, text, branding) belongs to us; don’t reuse it commercially without permission. Links to external services (Facebook, Google Maps) lead to platforms we don’t control. We work to keep the site available and accurate but provide it “as is”, and we’re not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information; see section 2.

7 · Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in the proper courts of Davao City.
